Can you give us details about what you do, what you specialise in and why people choose to use you?
We are a high street optician practice. Our philosophy is to provide a quality professional value for money service. We pride ourselves on our customer service and our after sales support. We cater for all ages and budgets.
Why did you first decide you wanted to create your own branded gifts?
We have always had some branded merchandise to reinforce our brand and to encourage repeat business.
What is your objective when using branded gifts?
It’s important to provide something that adds value and that will be used by the customer. If it’s not being used the customer isn’t having your brand reinforced in their minds.
How successful have the gifts been for you, and do they fulfil your objectives?
We feel the gifts support our brand and whilst we mostly give them away we do also sell the lens cleaning sprays in the practice which demonstrates the value our customers place in them.
