Jasmin Latham is leaving BusinessGiftUK.com
We are really quite sad to announce that our latest apprentice, Jasmin Latham, has been offered a job she cannot resist at Lancashire Police HQ at Hutton. Jasmin came to us as a Digital Marketing apprentice via Runshaw College in Leyland. She fitted in well with our small team and was doing well in all aspects of her work and training. We hope we have given her a great introduction to the world of work and promotional gifts in particular. She has kindly told us about her experience with BusinessGiftUK, BlankKeyrings, LoopKeyrings and Brite-MatMouseMat below.
Jasmin at BusinessGiftUK.com
Before starting my role as Digital marketing apprentice at BusinessGiftUK I was delighted to have been given the chance to work within this industry and for a well-known and respected company. I started this role with little knowledge in media marketing and had only done social media for my personal use.
I soon realised that doing social media for a business comes with a lot more responsibility and challenges but with Steve’s guidance I have picked up many marketing tips and tricks and now know what works well with the brand and our followers.
BusinessGiftUK have offered me many opportunities such as networking, exhibitions and professional TPM training from the BPMA . I also had courses in blog writing, website design, google analytics, confidence to camera and public speaking.
I have enjoyed my time at the company and have made many friends and connections when attending weekly networking meetings and I am excited to continue and progress with my digital marketing career.
I would like to say a big thank you to Steve, Ben and Nicola for all their help and support in giving me this first step into the world of digital marketing, I have enjoyed my time with you all but I have got to say I won’t miss Steve’s jokes!!
All jokes aside it has been a fabulous year and I look forward to visiting you in your new office in Leyland in the near future.
Jasmin Latham, November 2022
Good luck
We all wish Jasmin well in her new Digital Marketing role and we know she will do well. Her attitude, commitment and creative skills are perfect for such an environment.
Steve Ward, Managing Director
Jasmin has been a great member of our small team and has fitted in really well with the way we work. Whilst we are sad to see her move on, we cannot begrudge her the opportunity to work in a large organisation like the Police. During her time with us, Jasmin has formed excellent relationships with our customers and made a strong impression whilst representing BusinessGiftUK at local networking and expo events. We wish her well for the next step in her career and beyond!
